Please arrive promptly 30 minutes before your activity’s start time to check in. Our Safety Demo will start 15 minutes prior to the ride! Tardiness may result in a shortened tour or the inability to join.
Please Note:
A parent or guardian will be required to sign a safety waiver for anyone under 18! Please email us at [email protected] and request a waiver ahead of time if you are coming without a parent.

- Must be 8+
- Weight cannot exceed 230lbs. If your weight is in question, we do reserve the right to weigh you on a scale and cancel your trail ride without a refund.
- Please don’t bring any backpacks or purses for the ride, we have saddlebags for small, personal items such as cell phones and cameras!
- Helmets are a requirement for the ride, and are provided!
- Pregnant Wahine and keiki under 8 are not permitted to ride.

- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the ride to be eligible for a refund.
- For cancellations outside of 48 hours, contact staff by phone (808) 207-4989 or email [email protected] to be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of the ride are non-refundable. No exceptions.
- No shows are non-refundable.
- Rainouts/cancellations due to weather are at company discretion. We ride rain or shine.

Do we allow trotting or cantering for experienced riders? No, the trail is not suitable.
Can my Keiki under 8 years old still come on the ride? Our insurance does not cover Keiki under 8 years old.
Is this ride suitable for beginners? Absolutely! Our beginner-friendly horses and relaxed pace make this tour perfect for riders of all skill levels, including first-timers.
How long is the ride? Each Sunshine or Sunset ride lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on trail conditions and group size.
What should I bring? Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Helmets are provided for safety. Cameras and phones are welcome to capture the views.
Are photos included? Yes! We provide complimentary photos using your phone or camera at our signature photo spot along the trail.
How far in advance should I book? Sunset rides are popular and fill up quickly. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.
What if it rains? Rides go on rain or shine, but we may adjust trails for safety. In extreme weather, we’ll contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.
